Hi guys its been a while since I've been on the forum but do miss it,

The reasons' well things were going pretty well with my electric bike but unfortunately the motor burnt out' so thing went on the back burner.
I was never happy with the initial battery setup I had (lead acid) very heavy.

But now things have changed unfortunately my company ordered the incorrect battery's which we are not able to return.
My super boss said I can have them check out the pics Attached

here's a few details

I currently still have a lyen controller which is capable of being anything from 12 to 48v I believe.
I don't have a motor but I'm thinking I may be able to trade with someone who has for batteries as I have 100 of these 7.2v 3.ah

You could make a 9aH 37v battery out of them in a 5S3P configuration, which would be a rather hefty 5+kg, but with a potential for 45 amps. Could you weigh one to confirm.

Charging would be at about 1 amp up to 45v, and discharge would be down to about 31v, so they could be used with a normal 36v controller. You can get 1.2 amp LiFePO4 chargers that charge to 43.8v, which should work OK at 7 1/2 hrs to charge. The BMSBattery chargers have adjustable current and voltage, so you can get custom settings when you order it, or do it yourself, One with a temperature sensor would be good.
