Have you owned it from new?

Could you post a picture of your throttle and tell us how many wires are in the cable.

Some older bikes have had their controllers changed by the previous owners.

Looks like you have a a 5 pin throttle but you will need to measure the battery voltage to match up as 2 types are available 24v and 36v. Note they all come with 4 power level leds.
