Replacement battery for Raleigh Stow e Way

Hello,

I have a Raleigh Stow e Way electric bike, which needs a new Tranzx battery. I have contacted a few companies and the cheapest replacement Tranzx battery is £475! I can't afford to pay this amount. So I am planning on buying a cheaper alternative, although I don't know how to wire the new battery in.

The new battery only has a + and - terminal, whereas the Tranzx has four terminals. I have put pictures below of the original battery and connector. Does anyone know how I can connect the new battery?

I think you will find that battery has communications and cannot just be replaced with a 'normal' battery. You may be able to get it recelled.

Incidentally, if it uses the same connectors as the bike, how many connectors does your charger have?
