hi , im having a problem with my electric bike ,it has automatic gears and at the moment im stuck in manual which is orange I keep pressing the button but it wont go in to the blue automatic , also it keeps making a bussing noise and when riding it, it surges forward with power then stiffens up and its really hard to peddle and then a surge of power and then back to hard to peddle , its a second hand bike and this is the first time ive road it please can you advise thanks xx
