Hi David,

I've managed to kill another rim. Was after a replacement and some spokes.

I tried emailing wisper@ebikesupport.com and go an automated reply:

For warranty support please contact Freego Electric Bikes on 02380 679007.


For non-warranty repairs and sales in the Cheltenham area please email info@powarider.com or call us on 01242 453012.

I'm a bit stumped. I don't need warranty support and I'm not in the Cheltenham area... Who do I need to contact?

Thanks for that.

Wow - spares are a bit more pricey than they used to be. Might be time to look at buying spoke blanks and a different rim...

Sorry I have taken so long to respond.

We have set up a new in house service centre, the correct email address is now service@freegowisper.com
