Yose Power 'chugging' noise

Featured Replies

I have a bike with a Yose Power conversion kit on it. Recently I changed the tires on both wheels and ever since there has been a weird motor (or at least it sounds like it's coming from there), it kind of sounds like a chugging noise, it happens at random times, more often when I am going fast, but the sound is always consistent. I did attempt to take the motor apart and everything seemed fine. It is also a front-wheel drive if that for some reason makes any difference. I am not sure why this is happening and would appreciate it if anyone could give me any advice on what the issue could be.

It happened when you removed the wheel, so first thing to check is that when you plug in the motor cable, you push it in all the way to the marked line, not just in tight. Next, check that you didn't damage the cable where it comes out of the motor.

After that, we need detail photos of the axle commponents so that we can see what you've done.
