Quick update Removed rear wheel and laid it flat (gear cassette up) Then squirted copious amounts of degreaser solution (washing up liquid mix) into the cassette holder whilst turning the gears back and forwards until the pawls showed resistance. Then dried thoroughly with the wife's hair dryer...

Quick question is the Faro freewheel as I believe my problem of the rear wheel not engaging when the crank, chain and gears all spin is pawls sticking. Will 3in 1 oil and better maintenance help to unstick the pawls and return the drive train to actually driving the wheel. Spinning the cranks...

my faro has 700 x 35 marathon tyres but minus the mudguards. 32 is max you can fit if using supplied guards.

Hi the main grips are cheappo foam ones from home bargains i think. Bar ends again donated but dirt cheap on eBay Together they prove to be very comfortable.

Thanks sjpt pretty sure the 5 levels can be set to your desired range. But a bit worried that having level 1 to what is minimum ie 10% may mess with controller/battery as I’ve noticed voltage is set for each level or current for each level, not sure which.

Quick question, my display the kd85c can’t be put into zero assist and still display speed etc. but the amount of assist in each level can be changed so the question is will i cause any issue by setting level 1 at it’s lowest which is 10% then level 2 at 50% then increase 3,4, and 5 up to max...

Hi the conundrum you’re facing is the more powerful long range bikes especially NCM weigh in at about 28-29kg heavy to lift on or off trains but offer much better assistance than lightweight options with smaller range batteries. A compromise usually has to be reached depending on the intended usage.

Looks great, enjoy getting out and about and riding with the smile that comes guaranteed with woosh kits and bikes. Great choice of bike to convert, really sleek looking, excellent job.
