    Yes, Frank, the whole of the 'handle' beside the neons H M and L twists around 45 degrees anticlockwise, and other than the printed name they are absolutely identical, down to wiring codes etc (save that the 'new' one has hotmelt glue around the connector terminal incoming wires. Regards David

    Hi again Frank It was a new throttle, bought from Mail Order Cycles, Ipswich - the old one has Powabyke printed on it but the new one says 'Elite' instead. There are moulded patent and part numbers though, on the flat end where the allen key is and these are identical on both. Hope this...

    Shopper problem Many thanks indeed for the prompt reply, Frank. Yes, have checked that cable and there's continuity both ends on all pins and also applied wd40 to connectors. Things no different, I'm afraid. Very frustrating it is !!

    Might someone be able to advise on a puzzling problem with a s/h Powabyke Shopper that was bought as a non-runner. There is 39v+ at battery terminals and the three throttle neons light up when key turned. But when turned off and throttle held open whilst turned back on, all three lights just...
