One thing I've found essential are mirrors. I bought some Hafny bar end bike mirrors, quite small but functional and they are mounted solidly.

Maybe diplomatic service is a way off, I now live in the garden shed with spiders for company, at least they don't talk back ;)

Thanks. I've taken the decision to keep the bike for now so spent the last hour unboxing and assembling it. I haven't worked out how to update or remove the listing, hopefully this will post will let people know unless of course they want to make me a ridiculous offer :)
