Its good to see we in Brighton have finally got a E-Bike outlet, will definitely give it a visit when next up that way.

I know the area well and the only residents that would be disturbed would be a couple of farmers and a few dry cows as the area is sparsely populated, but they did leave the area littered and turned the site into a eyesore which will take some time to clean up, but no worse than the aftermath...

Maybe it was the battery and charger that was stolen

I find it difficult to believe someone would be stupid enough to advertise a stolen bike on ebay with picture. The fact that there is no battery is more likely to mask electrical defects, IMHO.

I also would be interested to know if you supply spare batteries, as i see you have kits that include frog batteries, and wonder if they would be interchangeable with the battery on the Kudos Sport as I was planning to buy a second battery to increase my range for summer excursions?

If that is true, I shall be knocking Kudos off my list for my second bike, I am very disappointed. Less than a year since they discontinued the model and I do remember Dave from Kudos promise to keep spares including batteries.

As a owner of a kudos sport as well, I was surprised to hear that you can not get a spare battery. Have just checked the kudos site, click spares and you will find kudos sport, click that and u will find batteries, priced at £237.60, Did you try to contact them? As there is no mention of spares...

It does look like the wiring to the switch goes to the controller as does the wiring to the light

Could that transistor be built into the back of the light assembly as there seems to be a circuit board with three colour coded resistors built in

Yes I do have a on off switch on the handlebar

Have checked voltage on wiring to light on the meter and is showing 40v exactly the same as the batteries output.
