Hi Vikki, Just an off-the-cuff thought. Time spent on SB or Prowler has to be better than the same time in front of a monitor or TV. Maybe it's not just about getting fit but about not getting unfit. Best wishes, K.

Have you considered a Gazelle Innergy? It strikes me that the most recognizable feature of an E-bike is the battery. Those of the Innergies are located under the rear carrier and, in my view, are not readily apparent to other than the knowledgeable observer.

It's simple for me - if I did not have a pedelec I would not be cycling.
