Hi guys after all the great help in my previous thread I though I would ask again before doing something wrong. I’m running voilamart 1000w rear drive, the kit came with a twist throttle with nasty little built in display, I have a SW900 LCD to fit and thumb throttle but wiring not looking...

Quick update and big thanks for the help, I filed the dropouts down about 4mm the axle dropped in nicely, slow going but wanted a snug fit. Both torque washers modified so tabs were 90 degrees and two torque arms fitted. Test ride and full check over then a 2 mile ride and all seems ok. Just...

Ok thanks for the advice I guess I am ordering a decent file then at least its aluminium so a bit easier to file.

Thats good news I will try the torque arms first as I really don’t fancy modifying the frame if I don’t have to. The drop out slots did look shallow but I wasn’t sure.

The axle is 210 x 10 according to the manual, what are 14 x 10 T/A’s excuse my ignorance.

It literally came straight off so the wiring looks ok. Wow I wasn’t prepared to start modifying the frame there doesn't look like there is much to file its so thin anyway.
