    Replace freehub or wheel?

I can confirm that if you have a 2018 Haibike SDuro Hardseven 4.0 (27.5") and need a freehub, you should buy one of these: https://www.xlc-parts.com/en/road/bike-parts/wheelsets/1052/freehub-body-kit-shimano-10/11-speed-ws-x14...

    Replace freehub or wheel?

I took it apart (after having to buy an 11mm allen key, thanks for that Haibike) and it appears to be one of these: https://www.xlc-parts.com/en/road/bike-parts/wheelsets/1052/freehub-body-kit-shimano-10/11-speed-ws-x14 I've ordered one so hopefully it'll be a perfect fit. None of the numbers...

    Replace freehub or wheel?

The price isn't the worst thing, it's the lack of clear info from Haibike as to what part I actually need and where I can buy it from. I don't fancy ordering £80+ parts from overseas or random ebay sellers, only to find they don't fit. At least with brand name hubs you can get spares easily...

    Replace freehub or wheel?

Hopefully this is the simplest question so far. Will my SRAM 11 speed cassette fit on a shimano freehub? Assuming I replaced the wheel with something like this, would everything fit? https://www.tredz.co.uk/.Shimano-WH-MT500-MTB-27-5-Wheel_204021.htm I'm looking at the Rear/135mm/QR option...

    Replace freehub or wheel?

I'd seen that Cycle Service Nordic link when googling "2169400500". I don't think the hollandbikeshop link is the same part as they have different EAN numbers and different inside diameters. Edit - Using the EAN as a search gives me this: https://www.ebay.co.uk/p/22023218186 This is listed as...

    Replace freehub or wheel?

I thought e-bikes required hubs & freehubs that could handle higher torque, if not it'll make my life easier. Thanks for the info.

    Replace freehub or wheel?

It's a normal QR, not sure what the terminology is for that but it doesn't have a maxle or anything special.

    Replace freehub or wheel?

Thanks for the reply, I can't do anything to fix a worn/deformed pawl and think the likelihood of finding where Haibike get their pawls from is zero so it looks like I have two choices: 1) Find somewhere in the UK where I can buy the freehub. I spoke to my LBS and gave them the Haibike part...

    Replace freehub or wheel?

Hi all, I've got a Haibike SDuro Hardseven 4.0 (27.5", 2018) which has so far been the best thing I ever bought. The freehub is now on its way out as it's catching when freewheeling. The rear hub isn't a brand name type, it's listed as a Haibike specific part. Wheelset: Rodi Black Rock Rims...

First Post - Daft Questions re SRAM chainring and bashguard

Everything is well lubed, mine had one of those splined plastic covers which had kept all the crud out. I cleaned it and put it back. The o-ring was fine when I stripped it down so I reused it.

First Post - Daft Questions re SRAM chainring and bashguard

Thanks for the quick reply, it's much appreciated. Luckily, I've got it the right way round. It is an all-in-one, there's no "gap" as such on the inside of the bash guard, it just doesn't use all of the thread. Everything is bottomed out so it appears that it's all tightened up OK. You'd not...

First Post - Daft Questions re SRAM chainring and bashguard

Hi all, First post here and what better way to introduce myself than by asking relatively daft questions. I should add that they're only daft because I didn't pay attention the other day when I stripped my bike down to clean it. I've got a Haibike hardseven 4.0 which has Sram 11 speed kit. I...
