We have two Carrera cross city E bikes both batteries are faulty what would be the best thing would we buy new batteries if so where from or try to get them reconditioned if so who or is it that difficult to try to repair them myself

We have a carrera crosscity e bike with a 790 display it will only show 1power led is there an alternative display that will work it has a 5 pin round green connector as I can’t find original online or can we bypass display as there is an on/off switch beside battery

It has freed up slightly I am going to leave it overnight in a light oil bath hopefully that will help it many thanks but if anyone knows where to get spares please let me know
