Hi Guys , I know this subject has been on before but maybe things have changed.I have holidayed a few times in Gran Caneria and due to the shipping restrictions I have rented an e-bike but the cost of hiring the bike is triple that of the hire car. Is there any way of shipping my battery abroad...

    Off road

Hi all, I'm pretty disapointed at the growth of e-bike mtb's, when I bought mine I thought that I was at the beginning of a new trend in mtb's and we would follow our European cousin's in the exponential growth of e-mtb sports, because that's what it is a NEW sport. However it seems there is a...

So SW will find you one at the best price possible and while he's at it I wouldn't mind one for my Sduro. I'm out in Gran Caneria at the moment sat on the balcony drinking wine and eating crisps...

I'm pretty sure that the inland revenue have "far bigger fish to fry" than a hobbyist who is selling a few second hand repaired eBikes from home. I stated in my previous post that as long as it's a hobby and that profit is not the aim then you are complying with IR and trading standards rules...

So... If you buy an item with the intent of selling it for a profit then you are a trader whether you make a profit or not. However if you just tinker and repair bikes that you use yourself for awhile then sell it is a hobby. So three or four a year should be no problem.

I hope adrenalineatv do well. There is a definite need for a Haibike supplier to stock spare parts that are for sale to anybody who needs them... Unlike eBikeshop who really needs to consider his restrictive policy.

Don't see why Blue loctite wouldn't hold... My rides normally involve some steep, very rough and rocky terrain and after applying loctite (Blue) have not had another problem. Also pay heed to EddiePJ 's advice about regular maintenance it would only take a few seconds to check the bolts on a...

Definately go tubeless I went tubeless after getting numerous punctures on my Haibike sduro. Use the Stans kit it's reasonably straight forward, you take off your existing plastic rim tape and replace it with the adhesive tape supplied in the kit this seals the rims then install the Stans valve...

    Haibike or lapierre

So the range you will get will greatly depend on how much effort you put in and the amount of climbing you do. My local run is around 22 miles with 1800ft of ascent. I like to feel that I'm getting some exercise so I pedal quite hard and can get back home with the computer showing I still have...
