How many people are using there e-bike off-road?

You don't get much for your £100±. I'm surprised no one has come up with a cheaper alternative.

Arrrg where do I get a new battery?

I bought a 470 watt replacement battery built with Samsung cells from Allbatteries.co.uk, which at the time was on special offer at around £300. I think they are now around £330. Works great, I am very happy with it and not only have I requested a delivery date for one of my riding partners...

    badass dongle?

Please post a picture of the magnet position in relation to the Badass box. The Badass is sensative to position, but I know a guy that had the same problem and it was easily cured. However if you are using your bike mostly off road then a Dongle is really superfluous. Try riding without the...

    Roof Carrier for 29er

Lifting on to the roof and securing it without damaging your car will be a real problem. A better option is a towbar with a Thule bike carrier.

    Giant Road e+1 Winter Riding

OK so, long story short. I love the bike. Its everything I wanted and hoped for. Yes there are negatives, the weight being one. I cannot ride with a group of roadies on the flat, its hard to push the bike along over 18 mph for a sustained period. I have the same bike and there is a quick and...

Navigation and route planning - what do you use?

IMHO Memory Map is absolutely unbeatable. Plan your OS route on your PC. You can then find the distance you will cover plus the amount of ascent and descent and then send the route to your garmin or smart phone. You also have the ability to print off a hard copy. Great product which I have...

Not a Gtech specific thread but lets talk about dealership attitude.

Why do you feel that eBike retailers should have to operate in a different manner to all other retailers. The dealers have pay to to be on the Pedelecs.co.uk forum which surely gives the them right to pedal their wares and try to gain a competitive edge over other retailers, as is normal in...
