Ah it's on the mend but still needs 2 weeks of no shock movement before it mends properly. Unfortunatly because i cracked the elbow they couldnt plaster it so the healing is slow... i think i'll be out on my bike in 4 weeks though!

What type of brake pads should i get?

I've now reached 900 miles on my bike, doing approx 21-28 commute everyday where 3.7 miles are steep hills each way.(approx 10% of my journey >10% ratio of hills.) So I've tightened the front and back breaks, used the manual adjust and tightening the cables but I'm thinking now it's about...

Chain slipping off guide pulley (jockey)

I managed to fix it, seems the guard that was holding the chain in place on the pulley was slightly bent when looking at it from behind. I just got squeezed them back together and it's sorted. Thankgod though, my dealer is in the SE of England and Im up the NE of Scotland.

Chain slipping off guide pulley (jockey)

I've had the bike just over a month, but recently i've had the chain slip off the Guide Jockey Pulley. I was wondering if i could get a hand on how to adjust it so that this doesnt happen. The chain is ending up on the sprocket side (towards the gears if that's the right saying).
