Sunday Telegraph says Carrie has apologised for breaking Covid rules... Had been wondering when she would appear in her own right.

Is that 20 from people who have confirmed publicly? Or an estimate?

Disagree with you there. They all know that following him uncritically for the next two years could totally sink their careers. E.g. Tory MPs will be ready in sufficient numbers to force Boris Johnson out of Downing Street within weeks if he tries to dodge responsibility for rule-breaking...

I agree - no accident at all. How many will end up looking (even more) complete idiots by not denouncing him? Each extra revelation makes everyone else look blind, stupid, complacent, even corrupt in their own right. (They might be all those things anyway, of course.)

I know it is a Saturday, but the UK news has been very quiet. Feels like things might be building up in the background. Maybe we'll see some interesting reports tomorrow? Or Monday.

Everyone who has served as a minister (or anything else) under Johnson has that stench enveloping them. Hence Hunt looks possibly well-placed.

I think that, while he obviously did not know when the opportunity would arise, he has been working towards becoming leader since he lost out last time. I wonder how much support he might have managed behind the scenes?

If we believe the papers, Save Big Dog will sack (ask to resign) a number of people to keep Johnson in office. If they have a tenth the info. About him that Cummings has, he is making it worse - first of all, for us, then eventually for him.

Well, if I'd had some around at the start, I might have tried it. But the aciclovir seems to be working and it feels an awful to better than Monday to Thursday.

Have seen GP in person. She wanted to check - not rely on a photo. She is still pretty sure and I have antibiotics as well as it appears to be slightly infected. Not much more than half an hour drive, surgery, pharmacy, home. I was quite knackered. The blisters are extremely large - which I...

I do think there needs to be some way of us expressing options between elections. Opinion polls can help a bit, but there are so many reasons for people to lie, for numbers to be manipulated, etc. Haven't really got an answer. One of the few good things in recent years was the institution of...

I'm a firm believer in putting in such reports - if we don't, how can they know?

Doing well, isn't he? Boris Johnson’s net favourability has dropped to another all-time low of -52 Favourable: 20% (-4%) Unfavourable: 73% (+7%) (Changes from 8-9 Dec)

Standard dose nowadays is 1000 micrograms - and is Neocytamen (or similar) - that is, hydroxocobalamin rather than cyanocobalamin. Amazingly, GP just rang and has asked me to go in so she can look properly. She is concerned that I don't have something else (though not clear what else it could be).

I've just put a Yellow Card report in as, even if they dismiss it as being directly related, it acts to make the question visible to researchers. You are far, far worse off than I. Mine will resolve in the fairly short term. Yesterday I couldn't have even typed this. Most of the afternoon was...

It was the deep pain that went right through my should that was bad. From what I have read up, that would be classed as Occipital Neuralgia. The superficial blistering is merely uncomfortable/annoying. That is bottom of neck/start of shoulder. I do regularly take B12 orally - getting...

Anyone here ever had shingles? I've a nasty feeling that this has been festering away since my Pfizer/BioNTech booster vaccine. But it wasn't until the pain/rash areas were very obviously the same as the very mild discomfort I've had through December that I thought of a connection. There are...

The issue was NOT under investigation until more or less now. (Do we even know what events are being investigated? Is there a list?) He sat on a huge public interest/government confidence story for the best part of a year. Does that enhance his journalistic reputation? PM’s former aide...

I suspect that Sue Gray’s investigation will prove not to have sufficient remit and power to produce a real answer. Therefore, this completely ludicrous situation will just get worse and worse. James Slack no deputy editor at The Sun has been forced to apologise. And it will remain as a stain...
