yes already has a throttle but programme is limited to 15 amps in the controller firmware hidden menu on bafang software, it gives controller fault code as soon as you try to adjust the 350 watt is set to 18 amps

Great project I think if you made this as a kit you could be on to a winner :) perhaps you could use your talent on the bafang bbso1 250watt controller;)

Hi The new controller has different pas settings to the old one, some suppliers are now conservative with the basic settings [to many replacements under warranty]. if it runs better on the throttle it is just a case of forget the warranty and put a laptop on and adjust the pas settings and get...

A quick update have just done 20 miles all off road on the specialized the large battery started at 41.9v and ended at 37.9 with very little sag after the 20 miles average speed at 15.1:):rolleyes: with minimal effort time for a recharge and a quick check over

Hi My bbs01 250watt will not run at more than 15 amps it throws up error codes but if yours runs faster on the the throttle there are other adjustments that will help by the lead and try the program it is trail and error make a small adjustment to the pas settings and then try

Hi Nils The kits all arrive with different basic settings from the factory, it all depends on what the supplier has ordered the only sure way is the lead and the programme . do you have a throttle fitted if so does it go faster on the throttle or pas

Yes looks good but whilst working it fell off the stand and broke a brake lever have no skin left on knuckles and many cuts and scrapes both need a test ride
