I think not.. it is 15,000 litres ..a dose is 0.5ml so 30M doses give the 15,Kl So it matters whether it was in the primordial soup stage, ,in which case it might be only a couple of hundred litres at most, or in the dispensing concentration stage, or in the packaged stage of 5 ml bottles

..I attended a lecture by this Francis Collins , Director of this NIH, some 30 years ago. He is what I would rank as an expert in Genetics , and not anyones pawn. So you can take it that the USA has legitimate concerns.

And back to the real world.. my lad had his AZ vaccine yesterday and had a rather unpleasant night of it.. 39 Degree temperatures, pains in all joints etc but since subsided. Now he is well used to discomfort, and he puts this night into the bad category.

Even enough mindless actions can have the appearance of directed intelligence... I expect Zs daughter came across that in Fire brigade training in reference to crowd behaviour. Indeed Fire fighters will use the term " decides " in reference to forest fire progression ..which are even less...
