Why not use the new B2B and pay by card or paypal? This is old news now?.. I do agree with your points above as get these letters continuously. At one point their accounts couldn't tally up so they closed the account and issued me with a new account at zero balance.

Dont need to play with it. Its the through axle system used on lots of new bikes with decent spec. You can manually pull out and move the thread round so the tightened lever the other end, ends up in a different position. If it works, don't fix it ;)

Not forgetting the free advice given / questions answered by a dealer that you did not purchase from.. Good to see mr ting tong on eBay got the sale anyways ;) We use the crank extractor from Park Tool & the official Bosch tooling. Guess you pay for what you get. Glad to hear its all sorted...

One a bit like this with the extra gearing for the OP's commute. Also extra torque / assistance for the weight and climbs with the Performance system over the basic Active.. Martin
