    Throttle hidden switch

You need to get in settings then hold down certain buttons. Then do a different combination of buttons and there you will find a setting to increase top speed. Look up on YouTube. You can increase to 40mpm however, 18mph is top speed I can get. Made me laugh when display has such a high top...

    Current yose kit build

Well I finished it. Bit of tinkering to do cutting cables as I don't have crimp ends, and I need to add rear lights and bell ect. But it's going. I think the rear rack looks terrible tbh. Maybe a bag over will help? Had my time again I don't think I'd of converted this old bike. Was not ideal...

Front light using power for rear lights?

I have a yose power kit that comes with a wired front light. Is it possible to use that to power a rear light? Was thinking of a two into one adapter? Guess most use a battery rear light.

    Derailleur setting up

All sorted. I managed to work it out however, I only really need 3rd, 4th and 5th gear. With the highest gear I'm paddling fast enough at around 17mph. I assume I really need a higher ratio MTB if I want to go faster although I don't. That's the maximum speed of my kit when I peddle.. Thanks

    Bike Wheel replacement

I work near that shop. I put a new axle on bike as rusty but It's created another problem. The wobble. Tbh the axle never came with all the new parts I need, so i had to use some of the old axle parts like spacers, dust covers and one barring cone to get it to fit. Think I wasted my money buying...

    Bike Wheel replacement

I thinking of replacing my rear 26 Inc wheel as it's a bit out of shape. The freewheel has a slight wobble when it's stationary but wheel is spinning. Rim not true either. Wheels look cheap enough at around £20 to buy a new ok one, but any good at this price? Reading online any size freewheel...

    Derailleur setting up

Thanks for replying Im not sure about the height of the derailleur. One guy on YouTube mentioned 5mm gap? Just going to watch that again to try work that out. The high low adjustment I understand however, I'm having trouble setting that up. Looks good to me but the chain won't jump sprocket. I...

    Derailleur setting up

Hi all. I've fitted 2 new shifters for 3 cog front and 6 speed rear freewheel. I've also fitted a new derailleur. Setting up is impossible although I'm having another go today. Watched loads of YouTube videos but none show what I need to look at. Turn a few screws and its all smooth changing...

Inside and outside? Well yes, but I'm not sure I've done it correctly tbh.. I'll have to look it up and see If I can find example as I'm unsure.. How tight should hub nuts be?

Well today I used my torque wrench for first time on low setting on the cantilever break bolt. Thought I'd get all clever and technical like the professionals do on YouTube. First one sheared off. O f bleep! I got the thread out forks easy which was lucky. Spent the rest of the afternoon...

How tight should hub nuts be?

Yeah. one grunt two grunts ect. My mates dad never used torque wrench unless he had to as a plant fitter. He would go by grunts. Good quality spanner and three grunts. That's three goes giving it enough to make you grunt. 4-5 grunts is risking damage. Ok..

    Current yose kit build

Forks on. Easy job. Just swapping breaks and think I need thread lock? Also need to look up which side of fork stem break cable goes. I'm swapping break cables and never done that before. Never setup breaks either. I put torque arm on as I've got one. Use some self amalgamating tape under the...
