I've decided to buy some new suspension forks and swap over on my spare bike. I'm going to swap brakes at the same time for disc.. Is it advisable to buy the forks brand bearing and fitting vs using what's there already? Are the fittings interchange across brands? Thanks

@saneagle It's a 20inch frame and with the battery and pannier weight plus getting leg over pannier I can't do it very well. I've tried and nearly fallen off a few times. Guess I don't bend like I used to

Just looked and a woosh bike on eBay for £100. Be a fun project

I'd like a step through bike to convert as a project with maybe a centre drive on. If I could find something like a woosh bike that was broken cheap enough I could put a centre drive on it. Might be the only one in the country... Just wondered if possible. Just my mind turning over

Lift wheel and run while bike is stationary. Still get the same noise?

Regarding noise when riding. I've tried bluetooth earbuds but the wind and traffic noise is too much. Cat ears. I'm going to make some cat ears and try them and see how that works out. They block the airflow over you ears making thing's quieter.
