    Kudos Not Impressed (Resolved)

That's a bit depressing, its there problem to sort out though, wonder if this is the reason there not interested in helping. I see that the chasing guard is used on a few of there hub geared bikes,so surely they can take one of one of these. I like the look of the bike, but don't see why its up to...

    Kudos Not Impressed (Resolved)

I don't even know if there going to replace the part, to my mind they should just send one out, they said they fitted the chain guard,so it wasn't me who broke it. Why insist on a emailed photo of the damaged part is beyond me. Sorry to upset the Kudos fan club, but I expected a better responce...

    Kudos Not Impressed (Resolved)

Your so wrong,I phoned up and very politely said that the handbook / tools were missing and the chain guard was damaged, at that point I was OK about it,expecting them to resolve the small problems over the phone. I was put on hold four times while the Kudos person kept going to ask questions...

They are not on the case, in fact far from it, i accept parts can get damaged, but don't accept there attitude over the phone, they didn't seem interested, can you explain why i had to email pictures of the chain guard to them. i did it anyway, but no reply as yet. It doesn't inspire confidence...

    Kudos City, first 2 weeks

I received a City bike today, and the rear part of the chainguard was loose and broken in the box, Kudos not very helpful, i have had to email them a picture of the broken part, and then they may replace it, did you get a handbook/instructions with yours, i had absolutely nothing, no tools...

    Kudos Not Impressed (Resolved)

Its broken, a piece seems to have snapped off, its not in the box, well not as far as i could see, if i had a handbook maybe i could have seen what it was like. The thing which annoys me most is the not really interested and lack of knowledge with the bike i got on the phone. £650 may seem cheap...

    Kudos Not Impressed (Resolved)

I gave them chance on the phone, i find it hard to believe that its just my bike they don't have a Manual/operation instructions for, ok some of it may be common sense with assembly, but not ever owning a e bike and one with suspension etc it would have been handy. Four times i was put on hold...

Looking at a 12 month old Raleigh Dover e bike with upgrade 18v lithium battery,on Ebay with a starting price of £775...Looks a nice bike to me, looks well put together, the style suits me, i'm 65 now and not into mountain type bikes, only thing i'm unsure on it the three speed gears, most of...

I think this is a cracking bike but what am I missing?

No I dont want those speeds, just he didn't seem to rate the bike. I chose the sirocco CD on price really, I tried out a Gepida with a crank drive, and liked it,but its out of my price range. The Sirocco seemed a reasonable alternative at the time, there didn't seem to be an alternative in that...

I think this is a cracking bike but what am I missing?

So glad i read this, i was about to place an order for a Sirocco CD tomorrow, this is making me think again on buying it, especially as your only 9.7 stone and i'm 16.4 stone, i don't intend doing many big hills, few short steep climbs to work and home, and some say 25 mile round trip rides when...
