    Hi everyone

Hi and welcome, I did similar but purchased a new bike in a sale and then a kit and converted it and found it very straight forward and easy to do and I am very pleased with it so far for the money it has cost. When I looked at new ebikes for sale I was not very impressed by the quality of...

Just picked up yet another 122mm bottom bracket from Halfords and fitted this afternoon and the chainline doesn't look to bad but not had chance to try it yet. Hope your build goes well egroover and look forward to see what you think of it.

    Yosepower hub kits.

I've recently had to do the same with my Yose Power kit and replaced a 113mm B/B with a 122mm B/B. I tried to shorten the r/h side of the bottom bracket to bring the chainset back to its original driveline by grinding a few mm's off but then realised the chainset sits on a slight taper on the...

    Yosepower hub kits.

Done around 80 miles so far on my new Yose Power rear hub kit and been very pleased with it so far with plenty of power on the hills but the throttle doesn't half drain the battery but still great. Ready for my next project now!

    Yosepower hub kits.

So far I have just used the two original bottle cage mounts and it has been OK but it is something I am keeping and eye on as the 16Ah battery is quite heavy.

    Yosepower hub kits.

I've just fitted a similar Yose Power kit to a Carrera Subway Two and my bottom bracket was 113mm which I replaced with a 122mm and adjusted the cable tension and stops to suit and it works fine. My kit came with two anti rotation washers which locate in the dropouts and stop the axle from...

    Oldie but a Newbie

Hi and welcome from another older one who is new to the ebike scene. Its something I am looking to learn as just purchased a Park truing stand and dishing tool as need a few sets of wheels for my road bikes and have a rear hub motor wheel to build into a different size rim. Roger Mussons book is excellent to learn from.
