If the picture in the link is the hub, they are a cheap Direct Drive hub, they are all over Ebay.

If Ezee uk as the same as Oz you get a 2 year warranty on everything. The Ezee has a lot of grunt :)

I dont know with your specific bike but every one of my chargers now and in the past was/is green on the charger for fully charged.

I had one on a canoe years ago, I put an extra cell on mine from 12 to 14v and it made a lot of difference to top speed and never caused a problem.

It looks like a direct drive which means as an off roader on steep hills it wont be great as it will require a decent speed not to over heat and to provide decent power, so not good for steep technical stuff, it will also be heavy.

Once the motor is throttled off its just a normal bike, if you still cant change gears a derailleur is probably not your ideal system.
