If you don't do lots of downhill stuff then keep your money cuss you won't need a dropper post I got my bike from e-bikeshop and Martin was fine with me. You will have good back up with a hailbike cuss you can buy them anywhere. Good luck with what you go for

    Repositioning speed sensor

I can't see any problem with this setup, all your are doing is adjusting the cut off speed, on a uk bike they cutt out at about 15mph but if you have a USA bike the cut off is 20mph and the bike motor and battery is the same it's just different software.

    Dropper post

Hi and thanks for the info on the seatpost, but it's a gift from my other half The one you are on about looks fab but I'm sure if I put that on my list at £270ish I'd be put out in the shed to sleep. So I have gone with the brand x for now.

Trek powerfly 9 FS or Levo FSR comp - what would you go for?

I put my bike on my home insurance with LV and this will cover upto 5k per bike at home and it was only a few pounds more and they will cover away from home for about £140.00 but the bike must have a lock on it when you park it up or they won't pay out.

They do say that if you fit one then take it back of the manufacturer can tell that you had one on, but I'm not sure if this is just scaremongering.
