I think this is way out of line for halfords, they have had the problem for a good time now so they need to fix it, it's a 1k bike so it's not cheap and I just don't understand why some people just live with it, I bet all of us that go out and buy a new tv and it's got a fault on it will take it...

Buy the best that you can afford, try out as many bikes as you can, and just go with what is right for you, the more you read about motors the harder it will be to make you mind up, I ride in the wet and I have never had a problem, I only ride for fun and 99% of the time it's in the woods.

Yep just pop the meter on there and see what volts you got, and if you don't have a meter or are not sure what do do just ask for some help on here or find a man that can.

John, I have another bike with the oxydrive kit on, never had one problem with it.

You don't need any break switches, you don't get any on the high end bikes

Hi Martin Sorry I can't be of anymore help, I have the yam drive on my bike and done well over 1k on it without any problems, let's hope they sort it soon for you

If it went dead I'd say you have a power problem from the battery make sure you check the connection on the bike where you clip the bottom of the battery in, give them a clean and a spray with some electrical cleaner
