Should be a standard motor kit up to 73mm and an easy fit :)

That looks ok width wise for either and have never had the 2 bottle mounts line up i fit an extra rivnut

The width will not be a problem ,but the internal cable route might but you could re -run the gear and brake cables outside a side view pic would help

The controller will work just make sure it is the 8 pin and for the vlcd5 but it will be more than £40 with the vat and duty and courier handling charges added now

Do not waste your cash the minimal performance difference is not worth it the only change is the battery range but its a quick swap The bbs02 on the other hand at 36 v and marked as 500 watts uses 25 amps the Tsdz2 will not even max at 15 amps nearer 10-12 amps

Sorry if this not what you want to hear ,If you have a off the peg as standard from halfords your plan is harder than you think , as the standard set up is tied to the battery and controller all talk [ this is covered multiple times on several threads] so its swap the lot display battery...

Tubless is a messy job involves gorilla tape- sealant and for fat tyres an air tank or compressor and require patience :mad: :rolleyes: unless your really into fewer punctures and weight saving stick to tubes

Have the pro on a bike at the moment better on road than off and ok tubeless

E bay £90 per tyre for 4.8 or £50 for 4.0 these run tubeless

The weight of each tyre is most important some are over 2kg even with out a tube also do you want tubeless Found these to be the best but not cheap

The ebay problem will be sellers that appear to be private and based in the uk ,but the goods sent via a 3rd party from china . Have encountered this a lot recently with items sent by air then via a mailing company in Hayes /Heathrow but ebay user is registered as a private seller in uk so...
