i picked up a couple of the inner tubes at £4 a pair from lidl yesterday,deciding it was quicker to change a tube if i got a puncture far from home. In future i will be well prepared

i have the halfords 8 function which i think was 9.99 on the Agattu and on my Powabyke i have a Bikemate unkown model which i got very cheap from..........Marks & Spencer about 10 years ago...and its only on its 2nd battery !!

Managed to sort it out at service centre but the gear shifter wasn't working correctly..Contacted 50C who have sent me another,,this ones metal ...old was plastic..should be up and running tonight......excellent service 50C....keep up the good work. :)

I decided to factor in the easiness of the bike to be ridden with a flat battery and also battery price when i chose the Agattu. I get 35-40 miles with a mixture of flat and hills ...but to be honest there are too many variables...The best bike for you is what you can afford and its general...

just spoke to jim at 50c, i have now removed wheel,gear cable was loose,the plastic locking thing won't move any way and part of it is broken and the gear cog moves back and forward and is very loose..he advised me to take to shimano service centre. Bike hasn't been dropped or carried in...

Managed to get Tim on line late last night who referred me to the manual. Can't seem to get the yellows in line despite adjustment at shift grip. When i do adjust it won't turn higher then 4......anyone got a photo of how cable should sit as the manual isn't that clear.

Today whilst out on my Agattu i lost all my gears,the pedals turn and the gears just slip...all of them. Is it an easy problem to fix ? I have only done about 170 miles since new. I remember seeing a thread about lining up the yellow/red marks but can't find it. Can anybody help ? Thanls in...

well done 50cycles,they could have just sent the charger out with no questions asked.They didn't so it makes it reassuring to know if it happens to any of us there is a chance our pride and joy can be recovered...also its as well if we sell our kalkhoffs we could let them know so that they can...
