    Managed to sort it out at service centre but the gear shifter wasn't working correctly..Contacted 50C who have sent me another,,this ones metal ...old was plastic..should be up and running tonight......excellent service 50C....keep up the good work. :)

    just spoke to jim at 50c, i have now removed wheel,gear cable was loose,the plastic locking thing won't move any way and part of it is broken and the gear cog moves back and forward and is very loose..he advised me to take to shimano service centre. Bike hasn't been dropped or carried in...

    Managed to get Tim on line late last night who referred me to the manual. Can't seem to get the yellows in line despite adjustment at shift grip. When i do adjust it won't turn higher then 4......anyone got a photo of how cable should sit as the manual isn't that clear.
