    Completely agree although on the programme last night the company that owns the cement mixer that killed one woman has fitted their trucks with sensors so they can 'see' the nearside blindspot. Perhaps all manufactureres should fit similar systems as standard........that doesn't mean the idiot...

    so who has the best bike then ? I have....£1300 in the sale mods that take it to approx 21 mph that cost £16 (off road of course) 18a battery that will take me over 60 miles with mods it will go up any hill it will come back down at 50mph+ if i hold my nerve 24a available if required...

    Garmin gps..........

    Just downloaded and connected my Garmin Edge 500 to it..Gives a lot of details on the ride wit co-ordinates etc. Wonder if the gps will work with the gps co ordinates on my Pansonic TZ30.

    I would closely inspect the chain links,i had a similar click which resulted in a link breaking and the chain coming off....15 miles from home...missus wasn't happy playing AA/RAC to recover me and the bike ;) I now always carry spare link.....

    I was in London yesterday and left at 8.30pm. I was amazed whilst walking back to the station at the amount of bikes,the speed they were travelling at and the lights on them. There were a lot more bikes than i imagined...weaving between the taxis and buses. They where travelling far to fast...
