if its making a clicking and popping noise going up and down the gears then it needs indexing again as over time the cable stretches and has to be reset or over time replace the cable. i had to do mine 2-3 times a year b4 i got axs

try the country lanes the speed limit round our race track is 60mph.

the bosch controllers and batts are 20A just make sure the batt can cope with the amps if you turn it up more but you will get to a point where the motor just gets hot no matter how many amps you send to it because of its size and windings and nuke the range. more power less range :confused:

only 7 amps is your problem get a 20A controller if the batt can handle that much!

yes as i service everything inc opening up the motor to re grease the cogs but George henry got the same or more miles out of his Yamaha motor got peter to service it and good as new and he still has his original batt as well. tho i have changed the bearing in the ses wheel about 35 times as...

i had 6000 miles on my old motor b4 i sent it to peter and as i have a dongle its double that as only records half speed and mileage over 10 mph :p on my kiox display i have 655 miles from the new cx motor from peter to date i bet bosch is pissed :D
