you can have a 3000w motor with a limit of 15mph at 250w but it has to be fixed and no end user can change the speed limit or amps for a faster top speed above that. any controller that lets you change any settings like this means it is not road legal under uk law as it stands as must be fixed...

you wont be able to insure it because you can change the speed settings in the controller. every one thinks they can buy a diy kit and set it to 15mph and be road legal its not because you can change the settings. if i remove my dongle there is no way to change anything not even the wheel size...

he has spacers he can use even i have to use one on my bosch motor as not the motor it came with.

some times it gets here in 7-8 days and sometimes double that but they must get so many orders and then ship the lot in 1 go
