i said to the manager at https://www.theelectricbikeshop.co.uk/stores/ if they was going to put bbs hd on all the normal cube bikes and get the motors from there agent Neil at cogs. :p

ill sort it ;) but why dont you fit the bbs motors to bikes and sell them complete ?

i spoke to Neil at cogs and said its prob got a fault but as it is bloody potted i cant get at it :rolleyes:

i got a hd one and it wont let me change the amps up or down and drains the batt at double to what the other hd motor does all same settings.

woosh can you fix or flash the bafang controllers?

peter at ebike motor centre can sort all the impulse motors now but there over run with work atm but all you would need to do is remove the motor and put it in a box and they will pick it up. just make sure the batts are working and charging

i got the same treatment when i got my bike as said it was a motor bike and wanted nothing to do with it. tho if i took a bafang down the ebike shop they would not touch that either but one of there agents is Neil at cogsygogs that sells bafang kits which is a bit weird lol

the shops wont touch it as they dont have the software to check the motor batt display for errors ect and as it is that bike with that motor means they dont want anything to do with it. if it is just normal bike stuff that needs servicing then you could try a Mobil mechanic to get that stuff...

i asked them to review the woosh and wisper bikes as only legal way to get a throttle did not even get a reply. better out that frying pan than in it 9 times out of 10 all these ppl are just box shifters and when it goes wrong there not interested anymore just ring the bell for a sale.

you can buy a kit from anywhere what woosh offers is one of the best customer service you can get for there kits and bikes and all you need is this forum to get it sorted even if you try put a giant batt on the handle bars on a stunt jumper bike tho that was funny :p

seems things are good down the ebike shop and cant sell them fast enough 5-6k bikes with 20 quid shitmano hubs that dont last a week ebike motor centre is over run and cant fix the fkn things fast enough. with the Panasonic motors and the sram one coming out there will be more choice than ever...

more like 10k for the basic option and 20k+ top of the range parts
