    Newbie with £1000

I'd recommend the Byocycles Zest or Zest+ from our current range. Awesome bikes, well specced for the money, all both with Samsung batteries! 2 year warranty, aftersales support that can't be beaten (72 hours tops for parts!) Can't really go wrong! And some excellent prices from our range of...

Is £800 enough money to spend on an everyday ride to work bike.

I'm afraid I can't divulge the information until I've made a decision on which we're going with! But soon, maybe I'll put a post up here introducing the models when they land :)

Is £800 enough money to spend on an everyday ride to work bike.

An interesting debate no doubt! The company I work for is Byocycles...all of our bikes come with a 2 year guarantee, every part is in stock 99.9% of the time. We use Samsung batteries currently and are making the move to Panasonic with this years models, our current range has a Shimano Tourney...

Any reviews/advice on Beat Bike or Kwikfold Pro?

For £100 more you could have the Byocycles Chameleon LS! Great quality, although slightly heavier at ~21kg, but the comfortable ride and versatility of them makes up for the extra few kgs in weight! http://byocycles.co.uk // 02392 488 362

    is this possible

Hi Ann, Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you will be very hard pushed to find a 26 x 1 3/8" double walled rim to build a hub on to, let alone find a budget kit with that wheelsize. I would strongly consider looking at selling the Cinzia and looking for an electric bike that suits your...

Sealed Cartridge Wheel bearings v Cup and Cone Type

If you're looking for something super strong rim wise, you can't go wrong at all with something from the Halo range, the SAS for instance is a super strong rim...

Sealed Cartridge Wheel bearings v Cup and Cone Type

The reason cup and cone type bearings are more common is because they are cheaper and are stocked on cheaper bikes, which are more common. Sealed bearings are better for longevity and require less servicing than the cup and cone type. Saying that though, a cup and cone type bearing will last...

Error Code 30 on Volt Continental

Error code 30 - Abnormal Communication The first thing I'd check it to make sure everything is connected properly. Go through and check all the plug and play connectors. :) I'd also look at the main cable that connects the controller to the handlebar control and look for any cuts, tears or...
