    The biggest pain is putting it all on,up to 4 layers of Icebreaker merino, top layer with hood topped with a gore-tex soft shell. jeans and gore over trousers, waterproof gloves and shoes works great .

    On national geographic last night a Frenchman was biking down a volcano going for the world record.... 60kph ten seconds....196kph....over 200 then the frame snapped in half, he lived . I will search for it in you tube later.
