You use more electricity than my daughter mind I did have a heater on part of the time today otherwise consumption would have been 2kWh lower. The system is 3.75kW but the weather looks crap.

The standard Yamaha one has a battery, I would expect the Giant has too. I believe it was a CR2032 in the Yamaha one.
