I inadvertently submerged my BBS01 motor for about 10 secs a couple of years ago while riding through what I thought was just a shallow rain filled trough. No issues, the motor has just clocked up 4500+ miles. I think Bosch could learn a thing or two from Bafang judging by the water ingress...
