    Checking Multimeter Calibration at Home

yes, I keep repeating this, balancing happens at the end of full charge, when the charging current goes below a set level, typically 100mA. That's the reason why bleed current is less than 100mA.

Prices of the electricity we use to charge

I think the charging issue concerns people who live in flats who can't run a line from their flat to their car. There must be somehow a better charging scheme than those sky high prices at the moment. We also need a way to secure the charging cable.

me too, I appreciate the usefullness of this thread, and for the links to various voltage reference boards that you can buy. However, if your charger works until now, there is no need to worry that you need to buy additional test equipment, DVMs and reference boards. BMS and charger are designed...

Incremental improvement but not changing the fortune of hydrogen. I cannot see generalised use of hydrogen though. Leaky pipes will add so much cost of distribution for the foreseeable future.

    Which ebike to choose?!

It would be about £120 cheaper to build the whole ebike compared to bike + kit + fitting labour. To make your scheme worthwhile, I would need to buy bankrupt stock bikes, I would then run out of space to keep them. The best use of space is crank drive kits then hub kits then bikes.

Help! New e-bike for 16 mile commute

the difference is sometimes quite striking, beside the fact that small motors suffer a lot more from overheating. Compare for example a substitution of the DWG22 with Bafang G01 (BAFANG | Motor | RM G010.250.D (bafang-e.com) ) using the same motor emulator...
