everyone cheeps out on the batt as dont want to pay 4 5 600 quid but at the end of the day this is the power supply for the bike and one of the most expensive components. when you buy ready built batts from china you have no idea what cells or bms they are using and works ok for a while then...

the other cells look ok so you could still use them and get a cheap 18650 charger for about 10 quid on ebay...

id just cut your losses and get rid of it and dont buy cheap batts from china it is not worth your house burning down. cut the cables on the left and right of the bms and remove the balance cable and do it outside!!!

cell banks 3 and 4 are toast no way to bring them back now cut main power cables from the bms as it is not safe! and put it outside asap

the days of the aaa bat are gone now, just charge it via usb and in 3 years when the batt dies pay 100 quid if you can find one or buy a new tv :rolleyes:

the white connector at the top of the bms is the balance/ sense cable you just need to unplug it and test every cell bank one buy one like in the video. if one or more cell banks show lower voltage that's your problem and why it wont fully charge but it could be just a broken spot weld to that...

you need to disconnect the balance cable and use a meter to test the cell bank voltages. dont short the probes.

well at least now i can rout the audio out of it if needed to my main monitors dont need the web cam or Bluetooth so job done bar a 2nd thunder bolt adaptor for the 2nd tv on the wall. the pic on this lg tv is shite!
