sounds like voltage sag as when you pull the throttle the voltage drops and the bike will cut out or any time you pull wattage from the batt like going up hills. so you need a new batt as it will just get worse.

well that's your problem right there as there can only be one path to link the motor to the software via windows if there are 2 it will conflict and not work.
