the fact that you can change it means buy law it is not road legal none of the kits on ebay are, i doubt you could find a kit that you could not change the power and speed settings lol. iv been rolling round for the last 8 years with my halo armor on and plod dont care :p

but the point is i can not do that and on most kits all you have to do is go in to the displays settings and change it in there. and after all this time this has never been contested in a court of law.

not sure you can see it but there is a seal around the motors edge but it is very thin so when i put the cover back on i put grease around the edge and bolt it back down.
