When I tried recently I could not find a 36volt pack with 30q at any ah in stock in the uk
settled for a ga 21ah pack from insat for the road bike and gave up with the 30q search
In the eu the build time was in months not weeks the only option seemed to self build a pack not brave enough to...
The coil emf can be nasty and I do not know how the light output is done on the bbs it used to be an old trick on the apprentices hold the wires on this:D most of the ready made pcb will already have it a cheap relay of ebay might not
Bottom bracket alignment is down to spacers and a large slice of luck [ or the angle grinder in extreme cases :eek:]
Just remember when you do get one the lekkie 42 teeth makes for good alignment any thing smaller is a potential problem

The easy way is to cut it several inches back from the moulded plugs remove the required length of cable from the longer end strip back both cables if you stagger the joins it is not such a lump
Then splice back solder...
Its a very complex thing stop drive and reverse the process to regen they cannot make it work in formula e efficiently yet so a tiny bike I doubt it will be worth it

If it is a split are you sure you are not pinching the tube or spinning the tyre on the rim
