Well Nealth that’s great as I just removed the heat shrink off the SM plug and they are red, black, and green so that’s easy then as orange wp plug is red, black, & white so it’s obvious white to green then black to black red to red great now I have a spare pas sensor

thats handy to know so red black white on orange plug. so probably black to black , then just sort the other 2 white and red to either brown or yellow on SM plug can just temp join to test thanks for that

Well in the orange plug one the 3 colours are black, red, & white I can't exactly check wires on the SM black plug one just yet, as it was sent to me wrong by a seller on ebay I have had a full refund, but everytime I keep asking seller to give me his address so I can return it back to him...

That's a good idea about wrapping some Amalgam tape I think you meant Amalgamating Im sure i have some of that. will give it a go. at least the new PAS sensor is arriving tomoz, as on ebay I waited over 2 weeks for one only to be sent wrong type

Well today I went for a short ride. Put battery on charge again. Never touched any leads on charger. And put on a multimeter when it was at 42.4v. The charger light went green automatically. So like you said saneagle my meter is reading a bit high. So now hopefully when meter says 42.4 volts...
