Prices of the electricity we use to charge

Some bizarre places to get articles... I doubt that storage battery will be for homes as suggested in the 1st paragraph (all I have read so far) "enough for 300'000 homes" more like critical industry or hopefully hospitals, most likely to keep the caviar lines running for Rishi if there is any...

    Yosepower hub kits.

On front, suspension doesn't really help with potholes either way a pothole will hurt best option is avoidance, my council has an online request a pothole fix if there is a troublesome one on your travels however this could take months to get sorted I have one in the pipeline it's now 4 weeks...

    Yosepower hub kits.

I can believe it, do they have any detailed measurement schematics of there current 350w rear hubs for cassettes? You could do some detailed measurements and cross ref to see if a shot in the dark would work if they just send you a spare side plate they have lying about, Chinglish is not their...

    I've been researching batteries recently

Seems likely - EM3ev - if you have deep pockets, although pricey if I was to coming into a few quid for a new build I would consider them and look into the Grin phase runner controller although I fear it could be a tad over kill for a UK bike.

    I've been researching batteries recently

Off to a great start then... Unitpackpower must be offer some cheap ones, they do seem to be gaining in popularity due to economic pressures felt in the UK... but be aware, cheap is not always best...

Prices have gone crazy for bare hubs + shipping + VAT - anyone know a good source?

There is a system in place that afaik, any company like Yose, Dillenger, Bmsbattery & Pswpower rent warehouse space mainly down south or in Germany, there is a skeleton admin/order picking crew that pick from different companies daily and dispatch using local postal systems. It makes me wonder...

Prices have gone crazy for bare hubs + shipping + VAT - anyone know a good source?

I believe the market place Aliexpress has a company name registered in the UK "London Aliex" or something. As for websites dispatching from oversees, the T&C's of sagepay, paypal and such likes, even Visa etc have terms where by the website to use these payment services and offer services in...

Prices have gone crazy for bare hubs + shipping + VAT - anyone know a good source?

Bmsbattery - not sure on p&p - budget for VAT & RM surcharge if it happens its covered, if not you save a few quid. I got my MXUS front (kit in wheel- June) no VAT but I was maybe lucky, unless its covered at their end, there was a tax but it was vague, it could be a Xi Jinping tax or UK. They...

Panorama tonight Cyclist/other road user conflicts

I used to do the same & skip the ads, but after the BBC's coverage of covid PSA's 24/7 I decided to throw in the towel, I got NLN certified by TV(& yes I had to digitally tick a box to get an NLN certificate, although ghosting TVL is ok but this method does stop the horrid and threatening...

Panorama tonight Cyclist/other road user conflicts

If it airs after the "live broadcast" I may watch it on YT. Although I am not a huge fan of the BBC I did enjoy that program.

Help! help disassembling UPP EBIKE BATTERY !!

I would, not that I would mess with a UPP battery, assume you have fire plan in place, an appropriate large fire extinguisher & a fire proof zone (a kitchen is not ideal surely) away from things until of such times the fire service can help. In all fairness I wouldn't know what to do if that had...

    Video Editing Software for PC.

Or activate more cuda's for a set amount per month. You will own nothing and be happy! Is this resolved in the paid version or is it software limited for a reason? A quick updated update on the quad core - my initial test of a CAT video was a low quality 30fps 8Mbit file, GoPro 1080p @60fps...

    Video Editing Software for PC.

Aye, it seems quality, same with the case, this was the first component purchase in years, the PSU before stilled worked and was ACE brand & tbf it was a good 750w PSU that lasted years with heavy dust build up when my other half didn't look after it, but I did need an 8 pin PCIe for the GPU...

    Video Editing Software for PC.

Bugger, I purchased and are using a CX550F RGB, so far I have had no troubles, ramps up a little at boot but then settles, also ARGB in from my cheapo gamemax hub worked nicely, popped it in upside down, too dusty otherwise. I was not a huge fan of RGB but the case needed some colour, so I went...

    eBike for 14yr Old Kid

I tend to agree, however the kid is 14 and if he's never had a run in with the law it can be rather upsetting having a bunch of bullies, unnecessarily armed to the teeth with nonlethal weapons pointing and shaking a finger at you, not to mention when you inevitably say "my dad bought me this"...

    Video Editing Software for PC.

Turns out the laptop was easy(ish) to pry, however I did buy some quality spudgers. The ribbon cables weren't too crazy if I got down to eye level, one gave me a little trouble, the connector was tricky to reinsert & lock. The SSD went in smooth after a little fight removing the HDD but I left...
