Prices of the electricity we use to charge

"energy market reform" Could this be the systemic change I was alluding to in my early posts... The fundamentals are on the right tracks however this also could be the domino effect of sweeping reform across the entire system, a wolf in sheep's clothing, perhaps a nice easy path to Autocracy...

I heard but not looked into, but isn't there an investigation in the US about phantom braking on Tesla... https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-60432351 What we should do is rally around Citroen brand to create a driverless car, that imo would kibosh the entire technology within the first test run.

    MXUS xf07 270rmp general discussion & info

I did replicate the fault albeit briefly with another controller and have toyed with idea that it could be a damaged wire in the hella long YOSE motor cable, i did find a few worn patches on the outer cabling, it is possible that a slight move of the cable may create or resolve the fault. That...

Black 201-220 rpm - I am on KT (sine)and my controller is dual on 48v 14a set at 14a. I purchased this mxus because it felt like it was dying, however the last 4 trips out, 1st had vibration the rest have been fine, it even feels less hinky. I read (on here) something about sensor and...

Yeah that's my thinking, it is not marked with any wattage tbf, the YOSE 250w handled 650w easy and this Mxus is near identical excluding the factory RPM

If anyone wants a high voltage ebike light, hit me up. I ordered mine from aliexpress before this kit arrived, the motor cable is 25cm but they do send 1.3m motor extension, so again, if anyone's needs a 50cm motor extension cable I will soon have a few spare. :( The controller to LCD connector...

Anyone use AliExpress regularly, what's your thoughts please?

Despite my own fear mongering, apologies for anyone who read that, although I did caveat that the ebike industrial area seemed unaffected by covid lockdowns. I also ordered several items, an ebike light and some 2 pin red WP cables from two different sellers, also a chain guide and now a spare...

Only had a quick peek in the box, but I did receive a 36/48v controller, a Mxus branded motor and some fixings. It appears to be the same size as the YOSE front. Wheel may need a nip up on the spokes. Oh & no extra charges in my transaction from the Germany warehouse.

prolong I'd lean towards, they'll go through em in week or so and require more, thus increasing Nancy Pelosi's investment portfolio profits even more, ooh sorry her Husbands portfolio

Probably more of a whim, for me, ever since I thought about de-cluttering the handlebar I have fancied one, LCD3 shows watts and voltage I can't say I have ever done a deep dive on what the LCD4 actually displays. The question is would any one want to buy an LCD5, I can't say I am over keen...

    Best lock for my ebike

I tend to shop by location to the bike, I am lucky to have quick easy "in & out" shops where at most times I can see my bike, woe betide any individual who dare go near it, guts for garters springs to mind however generally I am a pleasant chap, but will protect my property with fangs.

    Best lock for my ebike

OneGuard bike lock, lock picking lawyer had trouble getting into one, although he did, with his skill set no lock is secure but over all he praised the lock for its build quality. Any(£30-£40 or up) hardened steel lock and as @Andy-Mat mentions two are better than one. Increasingly ppl tend to...

Was thinking about trying it on 48v at 14a(not continuous) or less and as mentioned if that causes heat issues I'll swap out the 48v for 36v

Is that something to do with wheel size? what voltage? I can only speak about the older YOSE, I don't think mine is AKM but I found a squarewave controller made it noisy and 48v improved my torque Try the Grin ebike motor simulator I didn't understand it much but got a vague idea of what to...

I hope so pml... Not got it yet but... Yes, from PSW it actual comes with a KT36/48 sinewave KTLCD5 (preferred LCD4; first world problem I guess) by the looks of the picy + @Sturmey also mentioned his came with a dual voltage. It has the 9 pin motor so it should be plug & play, the cable is...

PSWPOWER - DO NOT USE THEM

I got the left hand half twist throttle off aliexpress - WUXING FT76X, it comes with a good quality set of bar grips too - I can't see myself using the LCD5 because of the left side, I use the right side for my LCD3 control pad, i do like the LCD4 but whether I would like it when its on bike is...
