Well I have been trying to unscrew the freewheel anti clockwise. but it seems to tighten up after once its turned a bit which seems loose at 1st . But don't you have to stop the cog wheel moving too. But it all seems linked together. and no way is that freewheel nut coming off as like I said it...

Hi Nealh I was thinking of removing each wire like you said. using a pin or needle, I dont have any coloured heat sink so will try needle way then push each back in same order as controller end bingo Ive managed to remove the wires and line them up to controller end thanks Nealh
