I think you'd be best to do that, particularly bearing in mind that a high powered (technically illegal) fat bike, by it's nature, would attract more attention. I gather from the other thread you agree it's best to avoid that. :)

Living in the county of fantastic beaches and sand dunes it just occurs to me as to how long the novelty of riding on beaches and dunes would last. My feeling is that once you've done it a few times you'd be glad to get back to the variety of terrain and landscapes that normal off road riding...
