    With all the red lights flashing at the state of the UK’s democracy, I’ve seen it said we shouldn’t assume the next general election will even happen. The issue, though, isn’t whether an election will happen (it will). It’s whether it will be free and fair (it won’t).

    That is about how I felt. Since around then, very rarely has it had the slightest appeal. Though the odd time I get a feeling of smoking in a dream-like experience. When that happens, I only seems to recall or invent the nicer sides - some of the more attractive smells.
