Immensa misleading information (not a lie, no-one lied, just untrue): The private laboratory that is under investigation for potentially issuing more than 40,000 false negative Covid tests was not fully accredited to perform the work, contrary to assurances made by health officials. The UK’s...

There's a host of such establishments and denominations. I specifically included one, Traditional Church of England, as an example of an oddity.

Well, saves the need for the government to make a decision: The Valneva Covid vaccine that the UK cancelled a 100m dose order for last month, works well at priming the immune system to fight coronavirus, phase three trial results suggest. Blood results from volunteers who received the jab had...

Couldn't be bothered to reply. Good Law Project has successfully forced the Government to reveal the names of the 47 companies in the PPE VIP lane. Are you claiming that Johnson is NOT a liar? I can think of no other reason I should not call him a liar. It really is, or by now was, his choice entirely as to whether I consider him a liar to be called out or not. The odd exaggeration or economy with the truth might have ranked him alongside...

And a desperate lack of pertinent answers. Let us also consider that you are not complaining about Johnson being called a liar. Probably because that is an almost undisputed fact. But that itself is a major undermining element in politics.

I think some people do live in fear of Border Force coming to pick them up and deport them. There have been too many cases where this has happened, right up to and including actual deportation, later revealed to be wrong and unjustified.

And the tories have spent years failing to condemn Johnson (and others). Ah - that's just what he's like. He's cuddly really. Despite the vile language emitted from his/their mouths over many years.

Into the future is, in case it wasn't obvious, not the same as from the past. There is a complex meshing of law and precedents from both Europe and UK courts from which you can't suddenly exclude a percentage. Countries which have split or become independent don't (in general) appear to have...

The precedents exist in the law of England and Wales (and, I think, Scotland). Our courts are expected to take into account precedents established during our EU membership. I don'think you can remove some precendents and not others and expect all judgements that were made to stand up to...
